Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Narivexoria platform (referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Narivexoria. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
By accessing the Platform you also confirm that:
a) You are at least 18 years of age, or you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent;
b) You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
c) All registration information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Description of Services
Narivexoria is an online educational platform offering:
- Individual and group learning sessions delivered live via video conferencing;
- Personalized learning paths curated to individual learner goals;
- Instructor-led interactive classes with collaborative tools;
- Access to course materials, recorded sessions, and supplementary resources;
- Communication tools including messaging, discussion boards, and scheduling features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Each individual must maintain a separate account; account sharing is not permitted.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at help@narivexoria.org if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 Account Termination by User
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your access to the Platform and its content will cease, subject to any obligations that survive termination as outlined in these Terms.
4. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, access is permitted only with documented consent from a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to verify age and request documentation at our discretion.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes consistent with these Terms and any applicable course-specific guidelines.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
a) Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent;
b) Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Platform;
c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected networks;
d) Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
e) Harass, intimidate, impersonate, or harm other users or instructors;
f) Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;
g) Use the Platform for any commercial solicitation, advertising, or promotional activities without authorization;
h) Circumvent any technological protection measures or access controls;
i) Share, sublicense, or transfer your account or access rights to any third party;
j) Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the integrity or performance of the Platform.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.
6. Payments, Fees, and Billing
6.1 Pricing
Fees for courses, subscriptions, or individual sessions are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in the applicable currency and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6.3 Subscription Renewals
Where subscriptions are offered, they will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
6.4 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, fees paid are non-refundable once course access has been granted or a session has commenced. Refund requests may be submitted to help@narivexoria.org and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, course materials, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Narivexoria and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use such content for personal educational purposes only.
7.2 User-Generated Content
By submitting, uploading, or posting any content to the Platform (including comments, assignments, discussion posts, or session recordings), you grant Narivexoria a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
7.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
8. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein. The Platform serves an international audience; data may be processed and stored in locations other than your country of residence in accordance with applicable data protection frameworks.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Warranties
The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.
10.2 Educational Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific educational outcomes, certifications, career results, or improvements in performance as a result of using the Platform. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances beyond our control.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narivexoria, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Narivexoria in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Narivexoria and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, instructors, or the Platform, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 14.
14. Governing Principles and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law applicable to online services and international commerce. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us directly at help@narivexoria.org. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under recognized international arbitration rules. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Accessibility and International Use
Narivexoria operates as a global educational platform serving learners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. While the Platform is available internationally, it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country or region. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all locations.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising out of causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, governmental actions, power failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Narivexoria regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Narivexoria to be effective.
